Harshil Salot is a second generation entrepreneur and Co-founded The Sleep Company along with his wife, Priyanka Salot, a leading premium comfort technology firm. An alumnus of IIM-Calcutta, Harshil has always had a natural inclination towards management and finance. Harshil’s venture as a startup entrepreneur began after he became a parent. A keen sportsman, Harshil excels at squash, cricket, and football. He actively tries to emulate the work ethic and drive of eminent personalities like Nadal and Federer, which has helped him juggle the role of a new father with the demands of a rapidly growing business.
