Jasmeet Thind is the Co-Founder of CoutLoot, an offline-to-online (O2O) commerce platform. As the co-founder of a fast-growing venture, Mr Thind is responsible for scaling up the platform, looking after the marketing and finance verticals in particular. Completing his Bachelor in Engineering from Mumbai University, Mr Thind went on to work with esteemed organisations like Hindustan Unilever and Godrej. At Hindustan Unilever, Jasmeet was the youngest ever brand manager to handle a USD 100 million consumer brand – Pears. He was also conferred with the Best Newcomer Award at the organisation. Channelizing all his glorious professional odyssey to CoutLoot now, Mr Thind is determined to inspire every offline seller to start selling online, not only with a localised platform but also with quality supply straight from manufacturers. The endeavour would invariable also remove the silos present in the system and more importantly, the system’s dependence on middleperson. While empowering the sellers present in India’s very hinterlands, Jasmeet also aspires to expand into verticals other than Lifestyle, including Fashion & Beauty and more. 5 years from now, Mr Thind has a vision of helping 25 million offline sellers to sell online for the first time in their lives. At the same time, through CoutLoot’s expansive and tech-backed offerings, Jasmeet would also be helping sellers grow their business and better their livelihoods. When not enterprising, Jasmeet likes to keep fit by pursuing his interest in Crossfit or goes backpacking across countries, discovering his trail of experiences, lost in his favourite music.
