Kailasnath Adhikari

Mr. Kailasnath Adhikari is the Director at Happii Digital and Broadcasting Network Private Limited. He is a double post-graduate in accounting from the London School of Economics (LSE). He began his professional journey at the age of 23 as a Deputy Secretary to Government of India in the erstwhile Planning Commission of India. In the office of Member, Planning Commission, Dr Narendra Jadhav, he was handling Affairs of Ministry of Human Resource Development, Labour and Employment, Social Justice and Empowerment along with states of Tamil Nadu, Goa & Bihar. He was one of the youngest individuals to join the Government at the level of a Deputy Secretary to Government of India. During his tenure at the Planning Commission, he was a part of various groups and committees overlooking the framing and implementation of policies and plans concerning the ministry’s and states that he and his office were handling.
