A multi-industry professional, Kayzad Hiramanek brings with him over two decades of experience in international sales & marketing, customer experience, operations & service delivery, IT/ ITES, outsourcing, digitization, revenue assurance & risk management. An ardent believer of digital disruption, he is known to be a change enabler and has a demonstrated history of driving businesses to sustained growth & profitability. Kayzad took charge of the Operations and Customer Service experience at Bajaj Allianz Life in April 2017. In his current role he is responsible for driving customer experience, operations, underwriting, claims, persistency & retail branch portfolios.
