Khushboo Awasthi

Khushboo Awasthi is Co-founder & COO, ShikshaLokam, and Co-founder, Mantra4Change. A Schwab Social Innovator and Ashoka Fellow, she has over 16 years of experience in education and social impact. Khushboo leads Shikshagraha, a national movement to improve one million public schools by mobilising government, civil society, and citizens toward education equity. She also serves on several committees under the Ministry of Education and NITI Aayog, shaping national policy on school leadership and systemic reform.
