Krishnan Sreekumar

Krishnan primarily deals in corporate and commercial matters, including the drafting and review of transaction/commercial documents, conducting extensive due diligence, and providing corporate advisory on a variety of Indian laws, including company law, foreign exchange regulations, legal metrology, technology & telecom laws, etc. He is experienced in assisting foreign clients navigate the emerging data protection and framework in India, and advising domestic entities in complying with existing data privacy regulations. Krishnan also dabbles in matters pertaining to labour & employment, providing advice and helping clients with their labour compliances.
