Manikumar Uppala is the Co-Founder and Chief of Industrial Engineering at Metastable Materials, a critical mineral refining startup. An IIT Roorkee graduate in Mechanical Engineering, he began his career at National Engineering Industries Ltd. (NBC Bearings), where he gained hands-on experience in machine building, product design, manufacturing, and engineering operations. With a strong foundation in industrial engineering and product development, he now leads the company's industrial engineering initiatives, driving innovation in sustainable critical mineral refining .
