Mr. Manish Aggarwal is the Director at Bikano, Bikanervala Foods Pvt Ltd. For about 20 years now, Mr Manish Aggarwal has been a prominent face in the Indian FMCG industry. During these years, he has proved himself to be an outstanding business leader, innovator and an out-of-the-box thinker always ready to ‘take on’ new problems. When Mr Aggarwal joined Bikano in 2000, he was rightly taking the family legacy forward. However, during this stint, he has also made his mark as an individual who has had the wherewithal, the resourcefulness and the vision to take the company forward on his own. In his role as a director at Bikano and as a veritable problem solver, Mr. Manish Aggarwal has effected a transformational shift in the way the company’s business operations are conducted and managed. By streamlining and standardising processes and operations, he has not only introduced increased cost-efficiencies and better time management but also set a template for a perfect process-driven business management for the company. At the same time, with his innovative offerings, he has also sought to build a lasting bond with the end-customers. Under his leadership, Bikano has made several strides, crossed many milestones and achieved successes which were otherwise inconceivable without his presence and contribution. Today under his extraordinary stewardship, Bikano has come to register itself as a globally-recognised major food brand in the FMCG and packaged snacks category, admired and loved by patrons and food lovers not only within India but also across the world. Under Mr Aggarwal’s visionary guidance, Bikano has expanded its footprints in over 35 countries including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Middle East, Africa and the Indian sub-continent. Within the country too, Mr Agarwal has made sure that the company through a well-established distribution network maintains its presence at nearly all forms of retail outlets including Modern trade, National and International Stores, Airports, Railways, Government Stores, Military and Police Canteens and Institutions. As such, today Bikano has become a leading name in the packed food business. However, Mr Aggarwal is not going to rest on his laurels just yet. In his early 40s, he is still restless and raring to go. His dream is to make Bikano the numero uno packaged food company in the country while also making an inroad into several new markets abroad and connecting with multitudes of new customers. Recognising a rise in demand for ready-to-eat food, under Mr Aggarwal’s leadership, Bikano has also ventured into the RTE segment. At the same time, with increased consumer focus on healthier snacking options, Bikano is reworking its portfolio to offer healthier snacking options. Mr Aggarwal is an alumnus of the prestigious RMIT University in Australia.
