Niklesh Sharma

Chef Niklesh Sharma is the founder of Academy of Pastry Arts Group. He manages operations of schools in Malaysia, India and the Philippines. He started his career as a chef in the Oberoi Hotel in 1992. Niklesh has a strong hand in breads, french pastries, cake designing, displays, and chocolates.
