Pramod Lamba is the Chief Customer Service Officer of With more than two decades of customer experience leadership, Pramod helps transform and elevate Valyu's end-to-end customer experience. Pramod is also responsible for installing a company-wide customer experience framework to integrate customers' and employees' perspectives in the company's strategic decision-making process. Prior to this, Pramod has served ACT Fibernet, where he was responsible for defining and optimising the customer lifecycle, mapping the customer journey, developing listening points in that journey, and creating standardised interventions for each point in the journey. Pramod has also worked with Tata Sky Ltd. and Maitre de Hotel in the past.
