Priyam Sharma

Priyam Sharma was born in Assam, India and grew up in the US, and now lives in London, an international hub of culture and the arts. She started her career in a technology startup in Dallas and moved to Boston where she had her first taste of the dotcom bubble. Priyam’s background lies in consulting within the investment banking division (KPMG) and marketing within consumer products (Unilever). She continued her foray into the world of consumer products (L'Oréal), and then to strategy within banking (Lloyd’s Banking Group). An avid reader and an advocate of the arts, Priyam found a gap in the Indian market for a daily newsletter for millennials. Priyam founded The Jurni, India’s first travel and culture newsletter. Priyam also holds an MBA from The London Business school.
