Rachana Iyer

Rachana Iyer heads Corporate Social Responsibility at IDFC FIRST Bank. An alumna of Tata Institute of Social Sciences Centre for Disability Studies, Rachana has worked both globally and in India across social impact models, with non-profits, social enterprises and incubators. Rachana is also an advisor to Tactopus, an IDFC FIRST Bank funded social enterprise focused on inclusive technology, working extensively with them as a disability and mental health advocate.
