Ranjani Santhanam

I am the co-founder of Palindrome concepts and solutions LLP. I am a strong believer in the tagline of our venture - "You are right whichever way you look at it". An engineer by qualification, I have over the past 18 years gathered diverse experience in consulting, behavioral assessments and corporate training (software testing as well as behavioral training). I am also a creative movement therapy facilitator trained at CMTAI. Like Santiago from the book Alchemist, I have always had the world conspire to make me beget what I am passionate about. When I am not ideating, creating content or facilitating workshops, I dabble in poetry, art, reading and writing . I am passionate about causes related to education, healthcare and animals.
