Shilpa Kharwal

Shilpa Kharwal is Senior Project Associate, Sustainable Cities and Transport program at WRI India. She is engaged with the Bus Karo platform where she works on improving bus-based public transport systems through research and analysis on policy initiatives and implementation projects with transit agencies. Shilpa has also worked with Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation, on advancing the design and implementation of policies on sustainable transport.
