Since 2011, Aubree Haute Chocolaterie has been creating cakes, desserts, chocolates, and savouries delighting aficionados with every little bite. They started off as a small cake and bake shop in Sadashivanagar, Bengaluru specialising in fully eggless cakes and desserts. Since then they have grown in size and popularity across the city, continually delivering innovative dessert and chocolate experiences. Conceptually, Aubree is patisserie inspired, western styled and focussed on creative craftsmanship. Their emphasis is on creating authentic recipes that showcase the passion and rigour with which they are produced. Aubree was judged "The Patisserie of the Year" consecutively for two years in 2018 and 2019 at the World on a Plate gourmet food festival for its original creation Orabella Iced Parfait made from Belgian milk chocolate parfait cream.
