Founded by Siddharth Suchde, Punith Kumar and Alfons Jose, Azani Sport is a sports gear manufacturing startup that sells online and through select retail outlets. Currently, it makes sports apparel only for men but planning to launch gear for women and kids soon. Its product range includes clothing, shoes and accessories for men ranging from tops & t-shirts, hoodies, shorts, track pants, underwear, socks to caps and other headgear. The company claims that its products are lightweight, have four way stretch, provide UV protection, anti-microbial and have moisture wicking that has been designed keeping in mind Indian weather conditions. In July 2019, Azani Sports raised a total of Rs 7.5 crore from Redwood Trust (formerly Sequoia Capital India Trust) and Fireside Ventures.
