Boondh is a social enterprise working on sustainable menstrual products, menstrual literacy, advocacy, policy and programming.
Boondh is an enterprise with a social mission to make the menstrual cup available in India at affordable prices with not only great quality but with great comfort and usage that are economic, environmental friendly and a healthier alternative. A boondh menstrual cup can be used for up to 12 hours, especially while sleeping. Their menstrual cups are made with medical-grade silicone, a material which doesn't absorb toxins thereby making it more hygienic than other menstruation alternatives. One menstrual cup lasts up to 10 years, also making it more cost-effective. At Boondh, a significant chunk of their outreach work happens through workshops, each designed and contextualised to suit the specific audience group. They believe strongly in the power of safe, non-judgemental spaces, experience sharing and active listening, and strive to realise these tenets. Their program for individuals are the Campus Catalyst Program and Green Period Educator Program. For organisations, they offer CSR interventions, Menstruation at Workplaces, and Non-Profit Collaborations.
