Clairco helps commercial buildings to ensure clean air indoors in an affordable, measurable and scalable manner by modifying the existing ventilation units into air purification systems. Their products include Air Quality Monitoring & IoT Platform wherein they install IoT devices which measure air quality parameters like PM2.5, PM10, CO2, VOCs, Temp & Humidity in real time and the data is accessible on a web dashboard. This data can also be displayed on connected screens for marketing clean air to building occupants/visiting customers. For air purification, they install high efficiency filters for Air Handling Units. These filters are made using nanofibers and convert existing air handling units into air purification units. Moreover, they have a patented system through which they can predict the operational life of air filters and thus ensure that they remain clean at all times.
