InstaPract

InstaPract HealthTech IT Solutions was founded in Dubai in 2019 to solve a problem every hospital in the region faces: patients want to book, consult, pay and follow up digitally, but the systems behind the front desk were never built for that. InstaPract sits on top of a provider's existing EMR and turns it into a modern, patient-facing experience without a rip-and-replace. The platform is built as a set of modules that work individually or as one bundle. Telehealth delivers video, audio and chat consultations with e-prescriptions, scheduling and payments, available as web and mobile apps under the provider's own brand. The Patient Portal and mobile app give patients appointment booking, records, lab results, invoices and secure messaging in one place. Remote Patient Monitoring connects home devices and the InstaPract Telehealth Kit to clinician dashboards so chronic-care patients can be tracked between visits. The InstaKlinic Telehealth Kiosk brings connected-device consultations to pharmacies, corporate sites and remote locations. On top of these sit AI agents for appointment booking, triage and patient support, plus patient-engagement tools for reminders, refill programmes and outcome tracking. Interoperability is a core capability rather than an add-on. InstaPract integrates with Oracle Health (Cerner), Epic, Allscripts and the EMRs most common in the UAE, exposes FHIR services, and connects to the national health information exchanges Malaffi, Nabidh and Riayati. The modernised platform runs on a React, Next.js and NestJS microservices stack on Azure with Kubernetes, and can be self-hosted in a customer's own Azure tenancy for data-residency requirements. Security and compliance are audited, not just claimed: InstaPract is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 certified, HIPAA and GDPR compliant, and approved under Dubai Health Authority telehealth standards. The company was named HealthTech Startup of the Year at the Tech Innovation Awards 2023, ranked a Top 10 startup by Dubai Startup Hub, and shortlisted in Mediclinic's Market Access Program with the Dubai Chamber.
