MEND Hospitality is a Mumbai based hospitality staffing platform addressing the industry's chronic staff attrition through a dual gig/permanent staffing model, anchored by the Mend Passport,a verified digital credential for workers supported by an LMS and geofenced attendance tracking, and built around a proprietary 10:14 Human Efficiency Standard; the platform runs on a freemium model where hotels pay ₹30,000/month for faster, verified hiring and workers pay ₹500/month for a portable, trusted credential, with a Mumbai-first go-to-market plan targeting a October launch backed by a signed development team. We are looking for ₹15–20L seed round capped at 10% dilution.

To launch the app when the busiest season of the year starts in India. When the hotels and restaurants need the supply of manpower the most. We will try and test our app this season and make it better for starting a subscription based model next year
