Nomad is a brand that sells vintage jewellery and handmade clothing. They specialize on ghagras. The prints on the skirts are mainly floral or ‘Chheent’ which is a signature print of Nomad. The motif is used in its original form, without any modifications. There are also sarees, kurtis, tunics, scarves, dupattas and even petticoats in the clothing collection of Nomad. Apart from clothes, Nomad also sells ‘Naani’ki Silver Jewelry’ which is made from scratch by local artisans from Uttar Pradesh with silver and golden sheets and semi-precious stones. The Makutu Textile Jewellery is truly bohemian. Created with Nomad garments, these also use fabrics, other recycled elements such as beads and feathers. Nomad is also environmentally responsible, sourcing almost 70% of their fabric directly through weavers, the remaining through ethical suppliers and adopting a zero-waste policy.
