Ahmednagar, Mumbai based Snehalaya (meaning “Home of Love”) is a not-for-profit organization which provides support for women, children and LGBT communities, who have been affected by HIV and AIDS, trafficking, sexual violence or poverty. Snehalaya was founded by Dr. Girish Kulkarni in 1989. Their projects target four prime areas: Awareness, Healthcare, Rehabilitation and Education.
