Ahmedabad based TorchIt is an ISO certified organisation dedicated to serving people with visual impairment and other disabilities across the world. The startup has been working towards empowering many such people since 2016. With simple and affordable yet highly effective assistive aids like 'Saarthi' and 'Jyoti,' TorchIt has supported the blind to manoeuvre with ease and confidence and stand on their own feet. Their flagship product 'Saarthi,' an assistive mobility device that comes with “99.7 percent obstacle detection accuracy” in any scenario, ranging from two to eight feet. It can do much more than the traditional cane could with its GPS and GSM features.
