Infosys launches generative AI solutions for enterprises
Infosys noted that many enterprises have already started to utilise its generative AI platform, Infosys Topaz, for their internal operations.
Infosys, India’s second-largest IT services exporter, has unveiled a new generative artificial intelligence (AI) platform to cater to the demand of enterprises wanting to harness emerging technologies.
Infosys Topaz leverages generative AI, artificial intelligence, and data analytics to offer an AI-first set of services, solutions and platforms by leveraging Infosys-applied AI frameworks.
According to a statement, Infosys Topaz has over 12,000 AI use cases, 150-plus pre-trained AI models, and more than 10 platforms led by specialists and data strategists. The company noted that a food and beverages chain leveraged Infosys Topaz to autonomously connect unconnected data signals coming in from new partners to deliver a superior off-store consumer experience with 95% accuracy.

Infosys Topaz Generative AI Labs delivers ready-to-use industry solutions with the aim of helping businesses become more cognitive, and faster, the statement said.

says its Topaz offering has also got support from an ecosystem of over 100 industry networks and partnerships. The company is also applying Infosys Topaz to accelerate its own market offering evolution and enterprise transformation and further improve client service, make business processes efficient, and boost productivity. Nearly 50,000 reusable intelligent services, applied in over 25,000 instances, amplify employees today, it said.
