IBM, Adobe expand partnership for generative AI solutions
IBM has expanded its partnership with Adobe to provide generative AI solutions for the content supply chain. IBM Consulting is launching a new portfolio of Adobe consulting services to help clients navigate the complex generative AI landscape, bringing together innovation, technology and design to digitally re-invent customer interactions.
The partnership can help clients build an integrated content supply chain ecosystem that drives collaboration, optimises creativity, increases speed, automates tasks, and enhances stakeholders' visibility across design and creative projects.
Adobe's enterprise customers will have access to IBM Consulting experts, including 21,000 data, AI and experience consultants. They can effectively implement generative AI models for the design and creative process, including Firefly, which is initially focused on the generation of images and text effects, as well as Sensei GenAI services, a co-pilot for marketers embedded across Adobe's enterprise applications that can help simplify marketing workflows to increase productivity.
Vedanta Spark partners with MeitY, NASSCOM
Vedanta Spark, a corporate innovation, accelerator and ventures programme by Vedanta Group to promote tech startups, has collaborated with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and NASSCOM’s Centre of Excellence (CoE)—IoT & AI, to accelerate the adoption of digital technologies led innovations.
The Vedanta Spark programme aims to accelerate startups leveraging transformative and sustainable technologies to create large-scale impact in partnership with the Vedanta group companies, and has already engaged 80 startups for more than 120 projects so far. The NASSCOM CoE is known for its successful technology enablement accelerating the innovation requirements of large- and mid-size businesses in the fields of healthcare and well-being, process, manufacturing, etc.
The partnership will explore the potential application of emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), and Augmented Reality (AR)/Virtual Reality (VR), among others, across different verticals of Vedanta Group.
The collaboration with NASSCOM CoE also aims to help the team at Vedanta Spark to optimise enterprise-level initiatives and processes. CoE's portfolio of companies specialise in cloud infra optimisation, UAV-based solutions, data-based predictive approaches, and solutions capable of addressing specific problem statements related to enterprise concerns in real-time.

ISDM, Citicorp launch data science centre for social sector
Indian School of Development Management (ISDM) and Citicorp Finance (India) Limited launched the Centre for Data Science and Social Impact (CDSSI) to leverage data and data science in the social sector by boosting collaboration across research and capacity building, as well as by promoting knowledge sharing.
Launched in Bengaluru, CDSSI will connect Social Purpose Organisations (SPOs) with funders, academia, tech enablers, and other experts to drive the social sector's rapid adoption of data and data science. CDSSI will also provide a platform to share best practices and insights and demonstrate how SPOs utilise data to quickly identify challenges, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
ISDM is an institution focused on establishing and strengthening the domain of development management. Citicorp Finance (India) Limited is part of the Citi franchise in India and is supporting the launch of the CDSSI through CSR funding.
Cognizant extends partnership with Orkla
Cognizant has extended its relationship with Orkla, an industrial investment company. The scope of activity is brands and consumer-oriented companies.
The company aims to modernise the delivery model, enabling greater capacity and flexibility to manage projects and resources. The enhancement of managed capacity will also enable SAP and infrastructure services to innovate and improve continuously.
Cognizant has partnered with Orkla on various digital transformation projects since 2013 which include ongoing IT support and thought leadership in IT infrastructure, digital workplace, SAP, public cloud, and security.
