Novo Nordisk GBS signs MoU with BITS Pilani
Novo Nordisk Global Business Services has signed a two-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for academic cooperation in healthcare with BITS Pilani. This is the third academic collaboration in the last one year after Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) and IIIT Bangalore.
As part of the partnership, both organisations will collaborate on a range of activities, including hackathons, case competitions, guest lectures, educational programs, internships, placements, employee development, branding initiatives, innovation projects, research collaborations, and corporate social responsibility endeavours. BITS will provide Novo Nordisk with the necessary resources and support to conduct campus engagement initiatives while keeping them informed of relevant activities and themes.
LTIMindtree forms partnership with Exyte
LTIMindtree has announced that it has been selected as a global digital service provider by Exyte, a company engaged in design, engineering, and delivery of sustainable facilities for high-tech industries. Under the agreement, LTIMindtree will deliver IT modernisation services that are expected to help Exyte to enhance its business productivity and increase operational efficiency across its diversified portfolio globally.
As part of the engagement, to enable Exyte's global operations, LTIMindtree will deliver IT modernization services which encompasses the full spectrum of cloud migration, end-user services, security, application, and comprehensive technology support through a managed services framework.
NatWest Group to expand operations in Bengaluru
NatWest Group, the UK headquartered financial services group has announced the lease of a new office in Bengaluru. The new site follows its announcement last year that NatWest Group was looking to recruit 3,000 new software engineers in India by 2026. The seating capacity in the new office will be three times that of the current office, with the opportunity to increase this further.
The location will serve as a hub for technology solutions. According to NatWest Group, Bengaluru is a key strategic location in India, alongside Gurugram and Chennai. The India operations is the second largest employee base outside of the UK.
Genpact to expand alliance with Advantage Solutions
Genpact will expand its alliance with Advantage Solutions, a business solutions to consumer goods companies and retailers. The new collaboration between Genpact and Advantage Solutions is expected to address order-to-cash and supply chain management inefficiencies, including deductions leakage, poor recovery of invalid claims, manual customer service operations, as well as inefficient supply chain planning, logistics and fulfillment.
Both the companies also plan to introduce new solutions aimed at meeting the changing needs in the CPG and retail sectors.
