Personal care D2C mother and baby brand, The Moms Co., has launched 'The Mompreneurs Show—The Hunt for India's Top Mom-led Startups', an initiative that aims to empower and mentor mom micro-entrepreneurs from across India.

According to a press release, The Mompreneurs Show will give a platform for mothers to spread awareness about their businesses and scale them.

Any mom entrepreneur over 18 years of age and a resident of India can participate in the show. The series will track the journeys of mompreneurs from all corners of India and share their inspiring stories.

The first leg of the show will feature The Moms Co Mompreneurs Legends podcast, moderated by Naiyya Saggi Co-founder, The Good Glamm Group and CEO, The Good Community. This will showcase success stories of top women leaders in India, including Neelu Khatri (Co-founder, Akasa Air), Faye D’Souza (news anchor and journalist), Aarti Gill (CEO and Co-founder, Oziva), Priti Rathi Gupta (Founder, LXME), Jeevika Tyagi (Founder, aastey), Sarah Sham (Founder, Essajees Atelier), and others.

The podcast will feature upcoming and aspiring mompreneurs to share their unique stories and experiences. It’s being organised in partnership with FICCI Flo and Aspire for Her.

Prominent entrepreneurs, who are mothers themselves, including Manmeet Kaur Nanda, (Joint Secretary, DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce and Industry), Anjali Bansal (Founder-Partner, Avaana Climate and Sustainability Fund and Board Member at Tata Power, Nestle, ONDC), Radhika Gupta (MD and CEO, Edelwiess MF and Vice Chairperson, AMFI), and Lizzie Chapman (Co-founder, ZestMoney) will be part of the initiative’s advisory board and will be mentoring, judging and investing in the budding mompreneurs over 12 weeks.

They will be joined by Suhasini Sampath (Co-founder and CEO, Yogabar), Sairee Chahal (Founder and CEO, Sheroes and Mahila Money), Radhika Ghai (Founder and CEO, kindlife), Lakshmi N Potluri (Co-founder Jabong, Investor at B Capital), Shivani Poddar (Co-founder, Faballey), Deepshikha Deshmukh (Producer, Pooja Entertainment), Ankita Vashishtha (Founder StrongHer Ventures and SahaFund), Neelu Khatri (Co-founder, Akasa Air), and Sonam Jain (Partner, Convivialité Ventures India).

The advisory board and jury will also comprise Malika Sadani, Co-founder of The Moms Co., along with the Good Glamm Group’s co-founders and senior leadership who are mothers, inclusing Priyanka Gill, Naiyya Saggi, Sukhleen Aneja, and Disha Sanghvi.
