Together Goa 2025 redefines entrepreneurial dialogue with candour, connection and community
A standout this year was a school-style debate featuring a “for and against” format on the importance of a founder’s personal brand versus a startup’s brand. The spirited discussion became one of the most talked-about moments of the event.
The 2025 edition of Together Goa convened more than 150 founders and investors for an intimate, by-invite gathering designed to foster trust, candour, and meaningful connection.
Created by Anisha Singh and the team at She Capital, Together has emerged as one of India’s most distinctive founder communities and an inclusive space where conversations unfold openly, without hierarchy, and away from the pressures of conventional industry events.
The 2025 edition carried forward Together’s reputation for inventive, high-trust formats. Sessions were fast-paced and engaging, with themes inspired by Mission Impossible, Top Gun, The Devil Wears Prada, The Hunger Games, and The Wolf of Wall Street. Debate-style exchanges, rapid-fire VC rounds, and the now-iconic Together goodie bag contributed to a distinctive atmosphere blending theatre with sharp insight.

Founders were inspired by reflections from actor-turned-entrepreneurs Preeti Jhangiani and Parvin Dabas, co-founders of the Pro Panja League. Jhangiani spoke deeply about navigating a male-dominated sports ecosystem and earning credibility as a founder, while both shared lessons on reinvention and discipline in India’s evolving sports landscape.
Olympian Shagun Chowdhary Singh, the first Indian woman to qualify for the trap shooting event, shared her story of persistence, resilience, and showing up consistently, echoing the grit required on entrepreneurial journeys.
An unusually open and honest VC panel brought together Anand Lunia (India Quotient), Anil Joshi (Unicorn India Ventures), Sandeep Sinha (Oister Global), Brijesh Damodaran (Auxano VC), and Vikram Gupta (IvyCap Ventures). The discussion delved into their motivations for entering venture capital, how they evaluate founders, and the personal philosophies shaping their investment decisions.
The tradition of the White Beach Night remained the emotional centre of Together Goa 2025. Under the open sky, attendees continued discussions barefoot on the sand, creating a space for honesty, vulnerability, and connection far removed from the rigidity of standard conference halls.
What began as a quiet experiment has grown into a powerful founder community defined entirely by its participants. Attendees return each year not for spectacle, but for the meaningful environment Together cultivates—one that encourages honesty, fuels encouragement, and sparks relationships that continue long after the event concludes.
“Together was created to give women founders what every founder deserves: access, trust, and community. But soon, it became clear that this is where founders speak openly and find their own kind. It’s the only invite-only event in India with this level of access, it is a room (albeit a very scenic one ) where founders, investors, and even Bollywood founders stand on equal footing. And now, with founders and investors flying in from Japan to the US, Together has grown into a global room where honesty fuels real change,” said Anisha Singh.
