Poonam has co-conceived the popular Indian television serial, Main Kuch Bhi Kar Sakti Hoon - I, A Woman, Can Achieve Anything launched by PFI in 2014. Poonam’s stories revolve around women’s right, health, wellness and population control, as well as family planning. “When women lack control over their own fertility decisions, they become collateral damage in the event of a coercive population policy. It is critically important that support for women and families is strengthened as far as possible; and women are asked about mental health at every contact.”
