Infosys Foundation launches programme to create 500,000 jobs by 2030
The Infosys Springboard Livelihood Program focuses on job creation for both graduate and undergraduate youth across STEM and non-STEM industries. The Foundation has committed over Rs 200 crore for the first phase of this programme.
Infosys Foundation on Tuesday said it has launched Infosys Springboard Livelihood Program. The programme will enable half a million job seekers in India to gain meaningful employment by 2030, according to a press release.

Infosys Springboard, the flagship digital learning platform from Infosys, will support learning and skilling and offer opportunities to learners to have sustainable livelihoods and careers.
The Infosys Springboard Livelihood Program aims to generate employment opportunities for both graduate and undergraduate youth across STEM and non-STEM sectors, according to the press release.
The programme will also offer industry-relevant courses in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, as well as in functional areas like digital marketing and finance. Additionally, foundational modules covering communication skills, time management, and interview preparation will help learners and job seekers build essential workplace capabilities.
The Infosys Foundation has partnered with 20 implementation organisations, including ICT Academy, Unnati, Nirmaan, Magic Bus, Aga Khan Rural Support Programme, Centum, CII Foundation, and NIIT Foundation, to curate a wide range of job opportunities and build meaningful career pathways.
