Medlife was an Indian e-pharmacy founded in 2014 by Prashant Singh and Tushar Kumar. It is headquartered and has a central laboratory in Bangalore. As of 2019, it operated in 29 states across the sub-continent. In the year 2021, the company was acquired by Pharmeasy and a merger took place.


The brand began as an online platform that aided with the delivery of medication, further going on to offer online consultations and diagnostics to its consumers. The founding team includes Saurabh Mittal, Saurabh Agarwala and Raghunandan Sreenivasan.

In November of the fiscal year 2018, the company went on to acquire a healthcare start-up named Eclinic. The very next year they acquired Medlabz and Myramed, both companies were e-pharmacies specialising in digitising healthcare services.


Frost and Sullivan reported the company owning close to 30 per cent of the e-pharma market shares in India, in 2019. In the same year, they raked in their highest-ever revenue numbers of Rs 363.4 crores which is $46 million.


In May of 2021, the company acquired an estimated value of $240 million owing to the merger with Pharmeasy. After that, their services as an independent brand were discontinued.
