Rivigo

Rivigo is an Indian logistics and transportation company, headquartered in Gurgaon, Haryana. It was co-founded by Gazal Kalra and Deepak Garg, in 2014.

In the year 2015, Rivigo entered the landscape of India's logistics. This technology-centric solution quickly gained popularity. And with investments from SAIF Partners and Warburg Pincus, it expanded its services, to various industries and clients.

Rivigo introduced a concept called the "driver relay" model, in the year 2019. This involved drivers exchanging trucks at strategic points along a route to facilitate continuous movement and lesser transit time.

The same year it introduced the "National Freight Index,” a platform that provides real-time insights into the movements of freight across India. The subsequent year 2020, was filled with challenges due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. And like any other business, Rivigo encountered operational issues during this period.

Rivigo has raised a total funding of $314 million over 16 rounds. Its first funding round was on Aug 30, 2014, and the latest was a Series H round on Aug 03, 2022, for $2.03 million.
