Mihir Desai of Corum Hospitality who is behind the successful ventures such as The Big Bang Bar & Cafe in Mumbai and MasalaZone is also the man who introduced the revolutionary concept chain The Bar Stock Exchange. With an insight into the food and beverage industry and trends that work, Mihir has always been an entrepreneur ever since his college days. He completed a bartending course in London and has since returned to India to run some of the most popular resto-bars. Here are his answers to our Proust questionnaire...

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Being healthy and spending time with my family.


What is your greatest fear?

I usually fear losing people whom I love.


What is the trait you most deplore in yourself?

My short memory.

I love playing cricket so I think becoming a professional cricketer.

I would like to get better at multi-tasking.
