Saffron Asset Advisors promotes Ritesh Vohra to Managing Director – Real Estate

Mumbai, March 25th, 2010: Saffron Asset Advisors announced the promotion of Ritesh Vohra as Managing Director (MD) of Real Estate. He will succeed Ajoy Veer Kapoor as MD of Real Estate at Saffron Asset Advisors. Handing over the mantle of the Real Estate business to Mr. Vohra, Ajoy Veer Kapoor, Saffron Asset Advisors MD, will now be focusing his efforts on further growing all Saffron's existing businesses and identifying newer opportunities for the Saffron group. In his new role, Ritesh will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and fortifying the real estate fund management business at Saffron Asset Advisors.
Ritesh Vohra has been an entrepreneur and a real estate and retail professional with an experience spanning over twelve years. He has been involved with Saffron Asset Advisors since inception and has been overseeing all acquisitions, diligence, research and asset management activities.

Prior to joining Saffron Asset Advisors in 2005, Ritesh's previous assignment was CEO, First Franchising Private Limited, a boutique advisory firm focused on retail, franchise and real estate sectors. In the past, he has also worked with Jones Lang LaSalle and Chesterton Meghraj as part of their real estate advisory business in India.
