Meet Sanjeev Khemka heading the Rs 200 Cr Khemka Group that owns the largest paper packaging company in India, KCL. But Sanjeev decided to take the retail route and ventured into manufacturing breakfast cereals. Today KCL Food produces 600 tonnes of breakfast cereals every month and is a contract manufacturer for Complan & Glucon-D for Heinz and private labels for Big Bazaar.

Also meet Sanjay Khanna who is spinning a new future for this 100 year old apparel company, Adigear International.

Starting off as a textile mill, Adigear transformed itself into an exporter of garments and accessories in the 80s. Today the company sells apparel and accessories under its own brand name, Adigear and also manufactures for brands like Adidas, Reebok, Benetton and the Future Group.

Sanjay has also lead the company into manufacturing ballistic protection gear under the Adigear Armor brand. The venture grossed revenues of over Rs 200 Cr this year.
