Bharati Lele is currently Head of "Innovation Lab" and Head of "Cloud Computing CoE" at L&T Infotech.

She has a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Telecommunication and has done her MDP from IIM, Ahmedabad.

She has 16 Years of hands on experience in various technologies and domain and has various IPs (Intellectual Property) to her credit.
Raghavan Subramanian Associate Vice President, SETLabs | Cloud Computing/J2EE CoE Infosys
Raghavan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the Bharathidasan University, Tamilnadu, India.

Raghavan has over 15 years of work experience in areas such as Cloud Computing, Social Media, Internet Application Security, eCommerce, EAI, Business-IT Strategy and Telecom.
Raghavan heads the Cloud Computing and J2EE Centers of Excellence. He is responsible for Infosys service offerings, building competencies, creating adoption accelerators and establishing Infosys thought leadership in this space.

Raghavan was earlier the product manager for the Infosys Social Media platform, a SaaS offering. In this role he was responsible for the creation of several web 2.0 modules like video-uploads, blogs, online communities, forums, social analytics and integrating them in a holistic manner.

Prior to this he was program-manager of a consortium of technology companies that came together to build an online-collaboration portal for a famous Think-Tank organization to connect the leaders of the world. He headed the technology consulting group of EMEA. He has reviewed/defined the IT strategy of telecom-service-providers, banks and retail organizations in the US, Europe and Australia.

He was earlier with SETLabs leading the Information Security, EAI, BPM and OOAD research teams. He has published several papers, co-authored 2 patents and has been an invited speaker in multiple forums.
Ramprasad Kan, Chief Technologist, Wipro
Ramprasad kan leads the emerging technology strategy and centres of excellence at Wipro. Ramprasad has been with Wipro for past 19 years and has led the incubation of new technology competencies of internet , web programming, object oriented technologies, java, distributed objects , document & content management and grid computing competencies in Wipro.

Known for his technology leadership and ability to create leading edge solutions he has provided the leadership to develop the Wipro private cloud computing solution. He currently leads the cloud computing technology strategy and cloud solution development initiatives.

Creating technology scenarios of the future and discovering technology applications to solve problems of citizens in the era of massive urbanization is hobby.
N Sekar , Managing Director ,Successfactors India Devoplment Center
Sekar is the Managing Director of the SuccessFactors India Development Center. Prior to this he led the data analytics group in Yahoo and the data quality tools group in Informatica. He has around 18 years of experience in middleware, web services and integration space.

Sekar holds a Masters in Computer Science from University of Iowa and undergraduate CS degree from BITS, Pilani.
