Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai’s Entrepreneurship Cell will be holding marcomS, the Social Marketing Campaign Competition as a part of iPreneur 2010, TISS’ annual event to celebrate the spirit of entrepreneurship to be held on 11th and 12th February, 2011. TISS-Mumbai has partnered with Ecofarms. Prizes totaling Rs 1,000,000 are available to the best ideas. Additional information can be found on the website. Here is a description from the organizers:This is a call to the student fraternity to come up with an innovative campaign that can positively influence the behavior of the society in choosing eco-friendly clothing, a campaign that can make Indians more environmentally conscious and at the same time support the cause of the cotton farmers in India.
