The 5th edition of Beacon, Beacon '11, the conference at Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), Chennai that focuses exclusively on Business Ethics and promotes a wide awareness of the significance of ethics in understanding as well as handling current issues in business is going to be held on 5 February 2011 at Hotel Green Park, Chennai. This year we have focused on bringing out the NEN E-Week’s theme “Ideas for India” and have lined up the conference focusing on rural and low income groups based businesses.This year Beacon emphasizes on Social Innovation with the theme “Social innovation – A catalyst for inclusive growth” and will showcase eminent speakers from the business and educational field who have helped pave a way for novel ideas to play an increasing role in the development of the society.
