Keynote speaker for TechSparks Chennai Regional RoundTable: Murugavel Janakiraman - Founder and CEO of BharatMatrimony Group

We’re pleased to announce that Murugavel Janakiraman - Founder and CEO of BharatMatrimony Group will be the keynote speaker for the TechSparks 2011 Regional RoundTable (RRT) to be held at IIT Madras on the 11th of June, 2011. His talk, titled ‘Out of the Garage & Into the Market with Murugavel, will focus on the difficulties faced by tech companies while formulating and executing go-to-market strategies. Murugavel is expected to share interesting instances from the BharatMatrimony journey and also, throw light upon how they surmounted teething problems to emerge as the celebrated brand that Bharatmatrimony has turned out to be today.The TechSparks Chennai RRT, where Murugavel will be speaking, comprises a Panel Discussion featuring key stakeholders in the startup ecosystem and an Open House where entrepreneurs, for the first time, will be given the opportunity to ask any question to any panelist and engage in meaningful discussions and not just be a spectator. The TechSparks Chennai RRT is an by-invitation-only event that is designed to be a platform for product tech startups registered for TechSparks 2011 to engage with VCs and corporates.
TechSparks 2011 is a pan-India hunt for product tech startups that have the potential to scale and grow and those that hold promise and may need a push. It is a multi-city series of events put together by YourStory in association with Sequoia Capital and CNBC TV18 Young Turks. The tech startups identified through this program would be provided national recognition, genuine support and meaningful networking opportunities.
