Keynote speaker for TechSparks Delhi Regional RoundTable: Rahul Sharma, Cofounder and Executive Director, Micromax

Sunday April 10, 2011 , 2 min Read

We’re pleased to announce that Rahul Sharma, Cofounder and Executive Director, Micromax will be the keynote speaker for the TechSparks 2011 Regional RoundTable (RRT) to be held at IIT Delhi on the 7th of May, 2011. His talk, titled ‘Out of the Garage & Into the Market with Rahul Sharma’, will focus on the difficulties faced by product tech companies while formulating and executing go-to-market strategies. Rahul is expected to share interesting instances from the Micromax journey and also, throw light upon how they surmounted teething problems to emerge the giant-killer that Micromax has turned out to be today.

The TechSparks Delhi RRT, where Rahul will be speaking, comprises a Panel Discussion featuring key stakeholders in the startup ecosystem and an Open House where entrepreneurs, for the first time, will be given the opportunity to ask any question to any panelist and engage in meaningful discussions and not just be a spectator. The TechSparks Delhi RRT is an by-invitation-only event that is designed to be a platform for product tech startups registered for TechSparks 2011 to engage with VCs and corporates.

TechSparks 2011 is a pan-India hunt for product tech startups that have the potential to scale and grow and those that hold promise and may need a push. It is a multi-city series of events put together by YourStory in association with Sequoia Capital and CNBC TV18 Young Turks. The tech startups identified through this program would be provided national recognition, genuine support and meaningful networking opportunities.
