The tablet race is at full throttle. The much awaited BlackBerry Playbook has finally arrived today. It is priced at Rs 32,000(16GB). Manufactured by Research In Motion (RIM), is a strong rival to Apple’s iPad. It got released on April 19th this year, in the US. The company hoped to conquer hearts of its customers during its release. With no buttons in the front, it looks more or less like a notebook with a firm body. The interface reminds us of the Palm OS whereas the menu is of BlackBerry genre. The UI is rejuvenating, organized and non-rational. Touch screen experience is easy going and user friendly. The tablet is not a GSM device and hence doesn’t support any GSM network worldwide. It doesn’t support SMS and MMS even. On the whole, it is surely an impressive gadget and a strong contingent in the tablet race.Let us know what you feel about it in the comments section.
