NIIT Technologies Acquires IT Firm Specializing in Travel and Financial Services

This Acquisition Expands Company’s European Footprint

NIIT Technologies Limited, a global IT solutions organization, announced the acquisition of Proyecta Sistemas de Informacion S.A.(Proyecta), a software services company headquartered in Madrid.

The acquisition enables NIIT Technologies to enhance its European footprint with Proyecta’s successful experience in servicing industry leaders in the Travel and Financial Services segments. This coagulates NIIT Technologies front-end capabilities for larger European engagements and provides a gateway to the traditional Spanish speaking countries in Latin America.
