IIT Bombay move to help student startups cope with failure

Initiatives like these will be a huge boost to the student startup ecosystem. What do you think of this move? Do let us know by commenting below.

Why we think this is a good move:

1. Atleast the number of students who startup should definitely increase as the risk associated with starting is somewhat hedged. Lets not forget that in our country, where we don't have any social or other security to fall back on.. the already (pressurised to perform) students can take the calculated risks in larger numbers.

2. Once the culture of starting up in campuses matures (which contrary to the general noise in not the case), such measures can be done away with.
