From a two man army in 2009 to a bustling team of more than 40 people, Solutions Infini has grown in stature to become a force in the Internet and Mobile Solutions space. The company strives to bridge the gap between enterprises and their various clients through concrete connectivity and practical messaging & voice platform. Aniketh Jain, one of the founders says, “Our messaging gateway offers wider coverage than any other provider delivering messages to 600 network operators in 200+ countries.”

Solutions Infini, being network independent, uses sophisticated load balancing for message delivery and boasts of an intelligent routing technology that seeks out the lowest cost routes. Claiming to be India’s largest messaging and voice solution provider, some of their products are Infimail (a 2-way messaging solution provider), InfiRia (enterprise messaging), InfiFind (email to sms conversion) and InfiZap (mobile marketing) and they cater to industries like e-commerce, media & entertainment and pharma & healthcare.

Headquartered in Bangalore, Solutions Infini has offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Hyderabad. With over 1500 clients worldwide, including Fortune 500 companies, the firm has experienced over 214% year on year growth. “Today, we push up to 2.2 billion messages nationally & globally and have become a $1.2 Million company within the span of 3 years. We are growing profitably and are expected to do a business of more than $5 Million for the year 2012 – 2013.” says Aniketh.

The venture was started off in 2009 by Aniketh and his friend Ashish Agarwal. “We started working on the idea initially as a college project. The project we were working on became popular and many flocked to us for help. We realized we're not that bad and gave starting up a serious thought." Aniketh adds with a smile." Not waiting to grind it out in the corporate world, the duo took the plunge, acted on their intuition and it has proved a fruitful choice.

Mostly as the case is, research played a big part in making the initial blueprints of the business plans. Marketing is done majorly via word of mouth. “We always believe in making happy customers in return they market it for us through word of mouth.”

Abiding to regulations set by TRAI might be seen as a prospective problem by a few but Aniketh begs to differ on this front, saying, “Solutions Infini has overcome these problems thanks to our technology team. They have taken all measures and have ensured that we are 100% compliant with TRAI Regulation. In fact we see the regulations on a positive note as TRAI has taken some good measures to improve the industry.”

Talking about the future, Aniketh says, “We plan to expand our products portfolio to Voice, USSD, LBS and IVVR. Later on we will look to expand this to other verticals. We have been extremely focused on Mobile Banking in accordance to the guidelines shared by TRAI recently.”

“Our dream is quite straightforward- be a major player in the mobile & Internet industry, making difference to the world and also to be a role model for more youngsters to be successful entrepreneurs. The company has been expanding rapidly and from a small room, we have grown tremendously well with multiple offices,” Aniketh says signing off.
