Ms Aparna Pendse, the Managing Director, has put in an enormous 22 years in the corporate travelling segment. She now leads a team that is professionally run by experienced personnel who work towards providing the most advanced and innovative products that cater to the unique requirements of Indian travelers.

The company’s USP is that it offers end to end answers and serves as a key solution provider by eradicating the third party and building a bridge with the end user directly. They personalize 24 x 7 services and serve to provide a hassle-free experience.
- 933 Unrestricted comprises a host of services like the consultation for passport and visas assistance. It gives health requirement information with up-to-date advice on any type of inoculations and vaccinations that are recommended for foreign travel. Customized destination information including maps, directions, office/client locations, local climate, local customs, driving permits, bank locations, local currency, weather, etc is mentioned.
- The company also provides TrawellTag, an online baggage tracking device where a customer can track his baggage in case it is lost in transit.
- Go-Mobile is a free application which helps passengers organize their entire travel information on the mobile.
“The main aim is to take care of passenger’s requirements and to provide them with a trouble- free travelling experience,” adds Aparna. In the next two to three years they are aiming at attaining substantial business in hand, besides planning to get on-board clients and providing and them with complete travel solutions.
Marketing and tie ups
“For our product 933 Unrestricted, that provides key to software automation to corporate clients we have a two pronged strategy. We have our own sales team that solicits business the traditional way and we have software reselling partners that help sell 933 as part of client’s overall software architecture,” Aparna informs.
They have normal tie-ups with most airlines through IATA in India, but in addition there are also globally negotiated rates with worldwide low cost carriers in place. “For example, most travel agencies in India may not get rates on small European Airlines like Fly Babbo or German Wings, but we make these special rates available to our Indian Customers. In addition to airlines, our study shows most budget business hotels are not properly sold in India and when booked online, the Indian business traveler ends up spending much more, so we are in talks through our UK office with few budget business hotels across Europe and soon we will be offering special rates for them in India,“ Aparna adds.
“The only obstacle was not initially treating 933-Unrestricted like a software product and treating it like an online travel tool. The moment our own perspective changed, the markets opened up,” reveals Aparna.
