There"s something special about robots. From a little kid"s fascination to the child-like wonder that they bring to the most accomplished of Artificial Intelligence (AI) scientists, robots have always had an appeal that leaves one in awe.Well, also awed was our young Student Entrepreneur, Abhishek Mehta. A final year undergrad. student from Punjab Engineering College (PEC), Abhishek has been a part of various robot designing competitions since his First Year of B.Tech. He was able to come up to a certain level of understanding from where he could promote his ideas and share his expertise. The knowledge and resource sharing ideas took shape in the form of the tutorials for building robots.

Simple Line Follower Robot[/caption]PlayWithRobots was launched in June 2012. Currently concentrating on effective web designing for his site, Abhishek claims that the thing that sets PWR from the rest is the tutorial and how-to help that it provides, dealing with both building from-the-scratch robots and also enhancing the robots that can be bbought off the shelves. “While other robotics sites stick to product selling and conducting workshops, PWR focuses more on making Open Source tutorials”, says Abhishek.
