Sumit Chauhan heads the operations and customer care division for Cilory. Sumit has excelled in managing operations and has served organizations like Idea Cellular in the past. Gaurav Jain heads the marketing division of Cilory. Gaurav is a graduate from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. Ramraj Chauhan heads the technology division for Cilory. Ramraj has a B.Tech degree in Electronics Engineering from Moti Lal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad. Vivek Jain heads the design and creative division for Cilory and has huge exposure in this area. Vivek has served organizations like Sapient in the past

We believe that the Indian e-commerce market is still in a very nascent stage and there is lot of room for improvement and growth for both big and small players. In the end, slow and steady should win the race though we believe there won’t be a single player capturing the majority of the market due to the nature of diverse culture in India,” says Dheeraj.

Dheeraj feels that the supply chain scenario in India has improved a lot from what it used to be 5 years before but there is still a lot off room for improvement. The local vendors are still wary of providing goods to the e-commerce players thinking that this may directly or indirectly affect their business.
