PGP CEM is a full-time 6-month Post Graduate Programme for Certificate in Entrepreneurship Management (PGP-CEM)-3rd batch. The programme has been designed to provide competency-based education to the students with a view to promote entrepreneurship in Jharkhand and rest of the country. Hence 50% of the seats are reserved for applicants from the state of Jharkhand.
Apart from a project, the course will also include a number of courses that will cover conceptual and operational aspects related to execution of entrepreneurial ventures. The courses included in the Programme will be conducted by XLRI’s faculty apart from the guest lecturers who will bring their industry experience to the table.
One of the main criteria to apply for this course is interest in entrepreneurship-social or commercial- even though the applicant may not be currently functioning as an entrepreneur. Select applicants will then be called for further rounds of personal interview, group discussions etc.
On successful completion of the programme and based on the overall performance across courses included in the curriculum, the eligible students will be awarded the Certificate in Entrepreneurship Management (CEM).
