2) Flipkart, followed by Homeshop18 and Myntra do the best job of engaging positively with its community

3) Most ecommerce companies have a good response time, none more so than makemytrip, Myntra and Cleartrip

4) With increased internet users, the ecommerce companies have enjoyed increase in follower count. Flipkart, BookMyShow and Jabong are the biggest beneficiaries.
