3S SHRAMIK is a brand of Saraplast Pvt. Ltd. and a social enterprise based out of Pune. SHRAMIK is a pioneer in the field of portable sanitation and liquid waste management in India. The company manufactures, services/cleans portable and other public restrooms for un-served settlements, slums and similar such applications in India. Apart from this, SHRAMIK also spreads awareness about sanitation via various camps in villages and small towns in India.

The company was founded by Rajeev Kher who did his MBA from Symbiosis Pune back in the late nineties. 3S SHRAMIK came into being in 1999 and since then has played a huge role in improving sanitation across India. Aavishkar invested in them in 2009 and since then the growth has been substantial.
